First of all, I rarely leave 5-star reviews for technical repairs because most businesses don't rise to that level with the kind of professional work required. However, these guys are exceptional. They ordered the part I needed the same day and recieved it within hours. I was kept in the loop the entire time via call and text. The job took 35 minutes longer than anticipated only because the tech wanted to ensure a factory-like fit and finish. They used the original manufacturer parts as well. When I recieved my device, it was like new. I am impressed! The 30-day post work guarantee is the proverbial "icing on the cake". I don't mind extra waiting if it produces this kind of result. I want to give Mike and Row with CELL +ER CELL PHONE REPAIR a big thanks for taking care of me. I Walked in to get my cell phone serviced a small emergency they gave me great customer service and quickly repaired, replaced and restored my phone to as good as new condition, unlike my experience earlier today at Apple Store in the Woodlands mall. They went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable while my phone was being serviced with a couch to sit on, tv and complimentary bottle of water. Ten minutes later they were done and to my surprise to care of my problem for way less then expected saving me time and money. Wow! So this is my third time getting serviced at this location and I have to admit that all 3 visits, especially just this past one, has been consistently a positive, professional and most of all successful outcome. I had the pleasure of being serviced by a gentleman by the name of Roe, whom was extremely efficient, congenial, accomadating and even got to witness him deescalate a situation from another customer that seemed rather po'd about false marketing on Groupon's end. I came all the way from downtown HOU just to come to this location and although I severely dislike the reason why I had to come in, I highly recommend coming here for one's cell phone's emergency needs! Update: what matters most is how businesses stand behind their products. We brought the phone back to them to give them a chance to rectify the issues and they delivered. They believed the parts they used to repair the charging port were faulty, they replaced it and the battery to rectify the issue and the phone is working well again. They were kind and helpful. Overall the saved us having to buy a new phone, stood behind their work, and did a good job. They repaired the charging port to my husband's phone, replaced the back, now it no longer has the ability to make or receive phone calls consistently. It won't maintain a signal and it isn't our service. This wasnt an issue before they opened it. We have to go out of town for work, so now because of their repairs, we have to purchase a phone. My iPhone screen was shattered and pulling away on the side. I took it in thinking it was going to be more than what they quoted over the phone but they did it for the price quoted. They found my battery had blistered and showed me, so I opted to replace my my battery. A few days passed and I noticed my battery ran down faster than before. I called and spoke with Taz who originally helped me and he said bring it in and they would replace it for free. Today I took it in even though Taz wasn’t there and Mike was amazing too. Replaced my battery with no fuss. Two thumbs up and 5 stars across the board. Friendly, knowledgeable, good price and great customer service!!! ~ Gwendolyn

Cell+ER is an amazing place to bring your electronics to get repaired. Nestor wasn’t only attentive but also super thorough about making sure everything on my MacBook was repaired right. I dropped it off to them (super stressed because I need this computer everyday for work) and he made sure to not only get the product needed for the repair shipping, but he also was able to get it back in my hands within a week. Mind you I have a brand new MacBook Pro parts are hard to get. To put it in perspective I went to the Apple Store and they told me it was going to take a minimum of 3 weeks to get the part needed, THATS Apple! Nestor was also super helpful in texting throughout the whole process to make sure I was up to date with everything that was going on! I will be recommending this company to everyone who needs repairs done! The professionalism and the ability to have a very good price is the key! Came here in a panic, I had a feeling I had water damage after being on a trip and was convinced my phone was done for and I was going to lose all of my pictures and memories. Nestor helped me out SO MUCH!!! I was in and out in under an hour and my phone is okay! Nestor explained everything in detail and gave me great recommendations and advice. These guys went out of their way to accommodate me. They correctly diagnosed that my charging port needed to be replaced. The price they quoted was more reasonable than I expected. They were very courteous, genuinely concerned about my hardship with not having a working phone for a few days and super helpful. They even lent me a spare battery to use while I waited for the part to come in. Unfortunately I will need a cell phone repair sometime in the future. What? You busted your screen and need it fixed asap. These guys will take care of you. They went above and beyond to get the part they needed for my phone. They called and kept me updated on the status of my phone repair since it would take more than a day. When I got my phone back a few days later the lcd went out. I took it back. They told me sorry for the inconvenience they would take care of it and later that day I got my phone back. Good as new. I will use these guys from here on out and if you need your phone repaired. It had been 2 long weeks without a cell phone and checking around town for a part that no one seemed to have. I made a call to Cell + ER and they assured me they had the part in stock. I walked in as if i had been hit by a bus. Messy and fitly from the stress of life. No judgement from these guys. They made me feel like a person and they made sure I left with a working cell phone. My daughters phone went on the fritz and was stuck in a boot loop. We ordered the replacement through insurance, and then realized none of her stuff was backed up. ALL of her original song lyrics were in her notes app. We couldn't do a data transfer to the new phone because of the phone looping the start screen. I took the phones to Cell + ER with little hope of recovering any of her data. Thankfully, he was able to restore all of her Notes and her contacts from the old phone to the new phone! This is my go to place for device repairs. I've been here a few times. Always happy with the result. ~ Michelle P

I came in to get my fiancé's phone screen fixed. I searched for my receipt so I could name drop who did the work, as they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but at the time of the review I cannot find it (I'll update if I do as good work should be noted). It was a little bit more than expected, but FAR less than the other quotes I got from nearby places and overall not too expensive. I shall see if the repair holds up. I have no reason to think it won't. This place is an easy "recommend" from me for their quick and polite service and good prices. ~ Tommaso C

All I can say is that Nestor is a life saver. After my iphone 12 Pro went into a coma (recovery mode) in the middle of the night, I frantically made the 1st available appt at the apple store and then waited in store for 2hrs only to hear them say "sorry, nothing we can do. You'll have to erase everything and start over if it decides to work at all. My last backup was from 2yrs ago and I couldn't accept that as an answer. I spent countless hours scouring the interweb and went to 3 other cell shops only to get varying answers of "you'll lose all your data." My last and what should've been first stop was at Cell + ER and Nestor took my phone, asked a few questions, and then I left with my fingers crossed. Just a few hours later, he calls with great news to say that my phone was operational and that I could immediately create a backup. Fantastic abilities, determination, and customer service turned my day completely around and I give them my best recommendation. ~ Nick B

I was browsing so many different phone companies for my phone repair and all were so expensive. I finally came across Cell ER and called them. They were quick to answer the phone and very polite and professional. I was able to come immediately and get fast and friendly service! They explained every step that needed to be done because I had more damage then expected. Okay had to get A new screen on my samsung phone, Don't waste your time with other repair shops, The other shop told me they Only do smartphones, didn't have my screen in stock, It would be 3 to 5 days, Not sure what he was smoking, Took it to ER Met a great technician, That had everything in stalk, had me up and running in 45 minutes, For a Reasonable price, Can't tell you how happy I was to have my life back l o l, Thank you E R for your quick service, I trust you enough to send my daughter To get Her. Nestor repaired 2 iPhones for me due to water damage. The first one is a 13 which had the green screen of death lol and because I was satisfied with how affordable the fix was for my 13, I showed him my iPhone 11 that has literally been off for 2 years because of water damage. I was even told by Apple that it was a lost cause (which is why I bought the 13). Long story long, Nestor repaired that one for me as well and both phones are functioning as they should! This place truly is amazing! My iPhone was acting strange and was not letting me take calls, look at messages or even use it. Before hand I went to another shop and they told me that it would take a few days for them to reboot my phone. Thankfully I decided to come here and the gentleman in the front fixed my phone in a matter of a few minutes! He was so kind and polite. Had a wonderful experience here! Saturday night I shattered my iPhone screen. We came here Sunday morning to see if they could repair it! The gentleman that helped us not only made my phone look brand new..but gave us an awesome deal considering he had to replace the screen and the LED piece on the inside. We went to lunch and came back and he had it done. He was super kind and very helpful. We will be returning here for any more needs we have for our devices. I called approximately 8 places looking to have my Samsung Galaxy S8 repaired. The pricing that cell + ER quoted was just a touch higher than some of their competitors but still very competitive and reasonable. The real win however is that they had the parts on hand and were able to fix my phone on the spot. The person I spoke to on the phone and the office Personnel were all incredibly professional and polite. The guy working today was super professional and helped me out tremendously. I had a iPhone 14 with a swollen battery that needed to be traded in very soon to get the upgrade deal I needed. He told me he may not be able to fix it because the back glass was already shattered, since he told me this upfront I trusted him, and I’m glad I did. He fixed my battery and kept the broken back glass intact, saving me $1,000. AND for a super affordable price, where other guys were quoting me $200+. I had a HP laptop that had recurring power issues. After talking to the customer service at HP, I saw that it would be easier for me to fix it at a repair shop. On my way to work, I saw this shop and looked at the reviews which further convinced of why I should go. And let me tell you, it was one of the best choices. They were able to get it done in a timely and for nearly half the price that HP quoted me. This will definitely be my to-go repair store for any of my needs.
