First of all, I rarely leave 5-star reviews for technical repairs because most businesses don't rise to that level with the kind of professional work required. However, these guys are exceptional. They ordered the part I needed the same day and recieved it within hours. I was kept in the loop the entire time via call and text. The job took 35 minutes longer than anticipated only because the tech wanted to ensure a factory-like fit and finish. They used the original manufacturer parts as well. When I recieved my device, it was like new. I am impressed! The 30-day post work guarantee is the proverbial "icing on the cake". I don't mind extra waiting if it produces this kind of result. I want to give Mike and Row with CELL +ER CELL PHONE REPAIR a big thanks for taking care of me. I Walked in to get my cell phone serviced a small emergency they gave me great customer service and quickly repaired, replaced and restored my phone to as good as new condition, unlike my experience earlier today at Apple Store in the Woodlands mall. They went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable while my phone was being serviced with a couch to sit on, tv and complimentary bottle of water. Ten minutes later they were done and to my surprise to care of my problem for way less then expected saving me time and money. Wow! I had such an amazing experience at this cell phone store! My phone screen was completely cracked, and I was stressed thinking it would take forever or cost me a fortune. But the staff here were so kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about helping me.
